A: how my order is progressing #365 nearly 500 paid in full.(jan 3rd)
B: Is the store still trading?

first of all one man taking on so many orders and trying to do the job is ether stupid or just greedy for profit when you run a business you need more than one helper I have contracted work out to keep my customers happy I wanted a ufo from Bernie so bad but after reading of people not getting there items and no money returns I just was not going to take that chance its sad he does nice work. im sorry a lot of my good friend here have not received their items .what happened to this site it used to be a great place to visit im loosing interest I think its time to move on

Ok, so Bernie has been or is ill, so maybe you shouldn't be able to order items, if there is little chance of receiving them in a reasonable timescale, or at least not take any monies until the order is ready for dispatch.

what about this wonderful thing called communication talk to your customers let them know what is going on be responsible have a friend do it for you im sorry it upsets me to see a good potential for this store go down the drain

Hi Mate, your order will be fine, if you want you can pm me the order number for specific confirmation but all products currently listed for sale in the store are available.

So communication lines are down again!!! Chris please respond either here or the captains store. As my other half and I have now asked for a full refund, this is not good customer relations. Obviously the days of the customer comes first and is always right are long gone!!! :(

As there is now deathly silence and no refund is forth coming, I have contacted you via paypal, and taken this up with paypal, before I go down the line of section 75 of the consumer credit act, credit card chargeback or a small claims case, I am sorry that this has had to be brought up in public, but it seems the only way to get at least some sort of response!!!!
