This is really sad news. I remember watching THE AVENGERS on TV as a kid (1970s) and been a fan of the series ever since. Too many greats are leaving us. We lost Christopher Lee not so long ago.
RIP, Patrick.

Forever Steed...

Roger that. And tea stirred anti-clockwise!

(See also my post under The Troubled Spirit; may his be at peace...)

Whereabouts, in SoCal? Hope you aren't in any of the fire areas...

I used to think he was the coolest guy around. Sad day.

And Count Iblis in the original Battlestar - sadly missed

A sad day indeed.

I first saw him in The New Avengers, when I was a kid in the 70s.

It was a treat to see him in Battlestar Galactica too! I last saw him at a Battlestar Galactica convention in Los Angeles. He got an instant standing ovation the moment he walked into the room.

Cheers
Eddie

Indeed
losing all our childhood greats now
Always loved his style on show and he brought class to new Avengers
Pity they only used him as voice in the (awful) movie version
If they had followed his style it would have been much better
