I've been able to meet Zienia Merton, Shane Rimmer, Francis Mathews and Michael Billington. I found them very nice people indeed.

Just Ed Bishop,but he was very nice.My brother met Robert Vaughn (Protectors,Man from Uncle,Hustle) and he was very approachable and friendly too.

Ed Bishop (3 times) had breakfast with him at Fanderson 81, Barry Morse, Shane Rimmer (he bought me a drink at at fanderson 84), Francis Matthews, Matt Zimmerman, Cy Grant, Prentis Hancock and Suzanne Roquette (my wife and i went for a meal with her and her son at the Space 1999 mini-con in Leeds)

Zienia Merton once served me a drink while working at the Tiles winebar in Victoria, London in 1978 (she was between acting jobs); the last job she had was in a TV movie about the Mogadishu airliner hijacking; she said she had to do five takes for the scene where she "Dies in a hail of bullets" at the end; I don't remember the title but it was based on a book about the incident titled "Shoot The Women First!"(based on Helmut Schmidt's instructions to the Budewehr Special Forces; apparently he believed that Ulrika Meihof and Leila Khaled were among the hijackers); Zienia was playing Leila Khaled who, as it turned out, was not there, and furthermore isn't dead, in fact she is now the Palestinians' Ambassador to the United Nations!
