I saw that on the news this morning, looking good if all goes to plan.

Trouble is it will be left in the capable hands of the lowest bidder no doubt.

Due to budget cuts created by the US led global war on terror and other sometimes loosely associated conflicts, NASA announced today it will be proceeding with a less ambitious moonbase and will be bringing on board strategic corporate partners including Winnebago and 3M, manufacturer of duct tape to support the project.

The following photo was included in NASA's press kit.

Am I skeptical that they will do it - no. Do I think they'll do it by 2020 - no!
