guys, Ive scanned this picture of art director Bob Bell and designer John Lageu examining the crablogger from the complete book of Thunderbirds
but does anyone know what the yellow and red kit bits on the workbench in front of it are from? ![]() cheers Mike |

They look like comb binder strips - you know the plastic ones you use in binding machines

main reason I was asking, is that if it was from a kit, then maybe other parts in the kit where worth looking at, ie it might have had something in it Ive been looking for
reason I thought they where from a plastic kit is that they seem to be attached to sprues/trees cheers Mike |

They look attached to a cross shaped sprue. The colours suggest Faller.

They look as if they might be from a bridge railing/detailing kit that Faller made, but can't be certain.

I think they look like the old plastic 'Caps' you used to get for 'Cap Guns' (possibly used for mini explosions perhaps?) but then I'm fast approaching the big 45 and the eyes are starting to go so what do I know? plus nit is a very grainy image, hard to pick out any true definition or shape.
