Default Hey! I finished a Space: 1999 model: the SAW Glider

All,

I just finished a model of the Glider seen in the episode Immunity Syndrome. It's the larger kit by Small Art Works. I added details to the turtledeck and strakes to the wings and fins. I aso used Jbot's decals to get the panelling effect.

I was very impressed with how the kit parts fit, accuracy and symetry. Jim, if you are reading this, please don't get out fo the kit making business and please make more stuff for 22" Eagles! Jbot's decals are absolutely wonderful!

I was originally going to make landing gear and grind out wheels, but frankly, I wimped out.

Anyway, have a look by clicking the links below and constructive comments are always welcome. (I know that my photography is not stellar! )

Thanks for all the kind words.

Darkview, Jbot does have Eagle decals in various scales including 1/48th. See here:

Very nice finish, indeed! You did a marvellous job arthur krull! I hope that my small glider will have this high standard when it will be finished.
