Default MrJ!Ms Supermarionation Video Emporium

Hi Guys,

I have just updated my Youtube Channel...

Supercar - The Unbroken Seal (Bell Films)

Morecambe & Wise - Supercar Sketch (1962)

I have another two Bell Film strips, The Abominable Snowman & Rescue in Orbit. These will be scanned & uploaded over the next few months, in-between other clips I have planned. Things like when Virgils head was first found & announced on Blue Peter, interviews with Christine Glanville & lots more surprises.

Best,
James.

Thanks! Love the vintage clips; none of those ever aired here, great to see them!

Thanks for the feedback.

I have just uploaded a couple of interviews from the early 90's...

Gerry interview on the Garden Party (BBC), along with Christine Glanville & David Graham. Includes a couple of interesting behind the scenes photos from the puppet stages...

Gerry on Jameson Tonight (Sky One), featuring a great quote on what he really thought about puppets...

Enjoy!
James.

Heres some more clips...

From 1992, a cringe worthy Blue Peter feature on the then recently found head of Virgil Tracy in an attic in Slough. Gerry Anderson is interviewed whilst Christine Glanville & Mary Turner can be seen operating Parker & Lady Penelope. Richard Gregory at the lip controls...

BLUE PETER - VIRGILS HEAD FOUND (1992)

And for something really special, heres a segment from the recently discovered copy The Golden Shot with Captain Scarlet. A long lost holy grail to many, this episode has now been found amongst a batch of other missing Golden Shot episodes...

CAPTAIN SCARLET ON THE GOLDEN SHOT (1967)

Enjoy!

Cheers MrJim - Blue Peter was totally cringe worthy and I'm sure the last time I saw John Leslie on the screen he wasn't wearing anything let alone an International Rescue costume...(unless you count him wearing MissTitmus?)

Had me with the Golden Shot - been waiting years to see that... Don't know which bit will give me the most nightmares - the bit at the end or Rick bl**dy Astley!

Glad it amused you, I've been getting emails all day I've been wanting to do something with those GS photos & thought I'd tie it in with April Fools day

Never say never. Lost Dr Who episodes still turn up, so the Captain Scarlet GS ep might turn up one day! Well, I hope it does anyway

Another thing Mrjim, what is that picture of on your avatar?

It looks so familiar to me in a dusty corner of my mind.
