Thanks for the link Steve - I enjoyed checking out this blog.
I notice he's got a poll going for favorite sci-fi series of the 1970s, and Space: 1999 is currently running second to Battlestar Galactica.

I'm pleased to see Fantastic journey did not even place. After the snarky Starlog article putting down Space:1999 and praising FJ - I think by the producer of the thing - I do find that satisfying. Seems people's taste really is in the true fantastic future shows! (Sorry to all you FJ fans).
