Robby The Robot with a different top head approaches the robot Peepo from SPACE ACADEMY 1977-78. I think that this Robby The Robot version with the different top head also appeared in an episode of PROJECT:UFO 1978-79.

NS-5 from iRobot

Wall-e, Eve...

...and their quite innovative gang:

and a bit more seriously:

Terminator Bike

Of course I also like many of the before mentioned robots

That Terminator Bike looks seriously mean, but totally impractical. The first time it hits a break in the road going the wrong way, it's going to ground that low slung engine protrusion behind the front wheel. If it's going fast enough, it'll rip it's own engine out!

It also only has road tyres on, and given that John has already been shown as having a liking for off-road bikes, all he has to do is ride out into the country and he's safe - although he would probably also need an off-road machine to travel inside cities after the nuclear holocaust anyway!

I thought that the robot suits in Bicetennial Man were really excellent - but I prefered the simple brained woman version (whatever her name was but I think she was in DS9) to Andrew Martin.
But I'd put in another vote for Robby I'm afraid, although LIS robot is still ok but not so impressive.

I'm not sure who said it but Its from Firefly / Serenity. " Guy killed me Mal, he killed me with his sword how weird is that"

It was Lenore I think.
