Thanks guys - all your comments are highly appreciated

Tha large Meta Probe is just a scaled up version of Jim Small's Meta Probe. I'm using an old RU 23" Eagle CM. Overall the Meta Probe is 129cm long.
Because I've build both scales at the same time, I was using the same decals (about 150 on each model).

First I never liked the Meta Probe. But now looking at the large one it has become my favorite ship. There you have it - size does matter
Unfortunately I don't have the tools / maschines to make a Meta Probe in scale of the 44" Eagles / scale 24

Took me weeks to cast all the small parts (kit bashing) for the Ultra Probe. I stopped counting on the decals - must be about 200 or so.

Yes Keith - I'm slowly running out of space in my spare room

Quite simply stunning. How long did it take you to build these?? They look absolutely faultless.

I make it about 6.3 ft. long, assuming the Mattel is about 1/36th. scale. BIG!

I'm looking forward to see such a big Meta Probe ship

First I wanted to build a Meta Probe Ship in scale with the 44" Eagle but I already had problems making this 1/48 scale MP because my lathe is too small

They look fantastic Oliver, well done

I have always loved the Ultra probe (never too struck on the Meta probe, but coming around to it now, I think)

Outstanding Work !

I'm a little bit lost with the proportions of the probes vs eagle ...

Eagle 1/96 scale (Product Enterprise) = 12"

Meta Probe 1/96 scale = ??? (I think it's 24.4" but I'm not sure)
Ultra Probe 1/96 scale = ??? (I think it's 31.0" but I'm not sure)

Fantastic work.Really adds something extra to the already existing Space 1999 fleet of spaceships.Maybe two hawks, one on each side, should escort them to safe space.Wink.

Hello, I am new here and a big fan of Space:1999 and UFO. I am very impressed with all the detail that you made on the Meta and Ultra Probes. I also love the detail added to the eagle with the lift boosters. Great work.
