gattispilot, excellent Lab images and Rescue images. I like the Alphans being shown. The interior views are great.
The open door Lab Pod is a brilliant view.

Lab and Rescue Pods look great! The Eagle looks absolutely correct with the Lab Pod.

If you go to this link and enlarge the undersides of the different Pods:

Cargo Pallet look square.

Laboratory are smaller versions of the Eagles own langing gears.

Passenger/Rescue/Recon all have standard long rectangular landing gears.

A couple of questions:

It looks like the desk is open in the center with drawers on the side. It looks like the chair would sit near the center and face the computer display?

I don't know if this helps at all, but some time ago, I noticed that the stretched out lab pod interior would actually fit rather well inside the Swift as it was modeled. I made blueprint-style drawings of the lab pod interior inside a Swift body. Although my merger is completely non-canon, at least the sketch of the interior might be of some use to you. Hang on while I find the thread I posted the pics to...

Here we go: http://eagletransporter.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3671

I noticed that I put the chair between the desk and the computer wall, but I think you're right about the chair facing the wall instead. On the other hand, isn't it between the desk & wall in that screengrab posted several pages ago? (The one with Helena between the desk & wall.)

By the way, have you given any thought to having the lab pod door swing out & down, forming a ramp for ingress/egress? Just an idea...

It is away from the computer wall, a free standing metal desk with draws and the chair could fit under.

Ok this is what I have now.

Totally non canon but I could add a ramp that extends under the door and lowers to get in from the side hatches.

The only image on them getting in the lab from the outside is wrong. It is the side door from a regular pod.

Because of the lighting you can make out the edge of the storage area to the left of the rear wall.

Not worry about the crew They are in the wrong area as I moved the chairs more forward.

You can only put 1 cargo bin in the area

gattispilot, Lab pod looks great. I know the "All That Glisters" episode used the door set and some miniature eagle shots gaffe of regular Passenger pod. The Keith Young Blueprints that you downloaded from dragonsdomain uk site show the floor plan for the Lab pod. You posted a section of it on the Interior Module thread:

I think you have done a thorough job on the Lab pod. That was always a major problem with the "All That Glisters" episode was they changed the interior of the set to create a Lab pod set which was great. However they did not build a set addition of the extended airlock doors as is seen on the Keith Young blueprints and you did too correctly.
