Default Moon machines for the future

Hi everybody, hope things are well in the world of '99. I'm a lifelong fan of the show, and indeed of most things sci-fi. I spend a lot of time 3d modelling various projects, but never did a '99 one somehow. Anyway, recently I have working on a couple of models inspired by, but not based on the hardware from Space 1999, and the movie Moon. I'm thinking vehicles from a "re-imagined" type show.
The two vehicles are a small hopper and a rover. They share a common design theme and some parts and aim to be practical from a hard science point of view with enogh style and razamataz to be interesting on screen. Not sure how successful I have been. I though it would be good to get some feedback from the Space 1999 community.
These are just for my own amusement. I'm thinking of building a big hopper based on this one with four engine quads and a cargo pod. This would be a much more obvious Eagle counterpart.

I quite like them.
I like the Hopper, but the Rover seems a wee bit bare.

Like them both!! Especially the rover.
Lots of little details, most of which are practical, but plenty of 'texture'

Excellent models! I'm kind of partial to the rover myself.

Nice work. Quite often people don't realise the time involved in making good 3d models. Not relevant to this thread but this is amongst my favourite S99 related 3d images - it just looks so peaceful http://www.scifi-meshes.com/gallery/...php?photo=4173
