Default 16-12 Hawk

Hey,
Did anyone who purchased a 16-12 Hawk have it arrive either broken or with a piece missing? I finally got mine and one of the back engines is missing. I suspect it's not 16-12 but the TSA, who opened the box for 'inspection' during the flight. I can see this being a long fight for a replacement, which sucks!

Thanks
L

Usually when they (TSA) open a package, they leave a note in it after.

It might the US Customs, did someone taped your package
with a brown tape OVER the original wrapping ?

Oh the TSA opened it and left a note. Trouble was I had never opened the box, so it was factory fresh. Of course now I have no idea if it came from the factory with the piece missing or the TSA broke it. I fully suspect the TSA but how do I prove that. Either way I loose

The reason I'm asking here is that a fair few people here have this piece. If I can say for sure that 10-20 out of the 200 pieces all arrived with no problems, I can use that against the TSA. In theory...

I have both the original 200 run and the very limited Martin Bower repainted one and both arrived in perfect condition

Thanks, 16-12 has offered a replacement piece for free, so I'm very grateful to them.
