hi to everyone. can anyone please tell me the correct halfords car paint to use on a studio scale shado mobile kit that i have just won on ebay. i won it from paul gray, bless him,and i would like to finish it off in the correct shade of paint. i have read somewhere that it could be ford artic blue, or is there a better shade? very grateful for any help with this. also has anyone ever built or even heard of an 16"" resin moonbase interceptor kit by a company called mystery models. i also won this on ebay recently and wanted to know if the kit is acurate or are there problems in store for the unwary. do jbot decals do a decal sheet for large scale interceptor kits or any one else. thanks for any help.:

Sorry but there isn't a 'correct' colour readily available - and we would probably argue over any mixed paint as well! As there is no known original model in existence then it's just guess work.
Like most things its a case of picking one that you are comfortable with.

Hi there
Have you tried Halfords FORD GLACIER BLUE It's a silvery blue and was recommended to me by someone who builds quite a few of them. |
