Default Cartman in the 25th Century

I couldn't find an English version of this, but maybe that makes it all the funnier:

This is a LOT funnier than the next topic down.

Someone has paid very careful attention to the opticals of the original Universal title sequence - a superb spoof ... buddybuddybuddy.

Yes, Tony. Eric couldn't wait for the release of the Nintendo WII.
Freezing himself in the mountain snow, his "buck" adventures began.
It was hilarious.

Loved it. There's a clip there featuring Dio playing Holy Diver the annual prom. Wish my school events had been like that, I'd have been far more interested!

I saw this episode when it originally aired. When Cartman gets frozen, and the Buck Rogers music started, I sat there slack jawed, not believing it. "No, they're not really doing this" I kept thinking. As I realized it wasn't going to end quickly on a joke, but that they were doing but the entire credit sequence, I was almost screaming with laughter the entire way through it.

In the second part, they spoof the Buck Roger's credits again at the begining of the episode, this time titled Eric Cartman in the 25th Century.

The whole thing was brilliant. South Park is one of the few shows that has actually gotten funnier, and more creative in the writing, as the years go by.

I have to agree. Not even Richard D could stop us fighting about something. Both eps were a hoot.
