Just some more updated pics of the commlock. Just need to finish all the buttons and set them. Very happy the way its turned out.

Propmaker did some rub-downs for the buttons and other markings. Might be worth seeing if you could buy a spare set from him...

I was at a local flea market today and came across a child's video camera for $6.00. I think this will work with my commlock after some small mods. I was surprised to see that it has complete audio and video playback with stills as well as video with SD card slot as well. This will enable me to do screen captures from the PC or live. Should be pretty cool.

How much power does that camera consume?

The video camera uses 4 AA batteries. I'm going to use button cells to free up space if the AA's won't fit.

What Kind of childs video camera did you use to fit inside the commloc? Its a great looking build. How far have you made it? Is it completeyet? Great job so far !!!!

The camera is just the kind you can get in the toy section at a dept store. Unfortunatly I have been so busy that I'm not working on ahy of my projects at the moment. Hopefully get back to them soon.
