LOL at 33!

Re 24 (Passenger module door innies and outies), where is the thread to discuss this properly? I have been watching episodes repeatedly (pausing and rewinding) to research the matter.. :-)

148 : You've built yourself a coffin, for when you finally go. It's a 1:1 scale replica of the pods from "The Exiles", but has added display cases inside for your Eagles.

149 : You actually seriously thought "What a good idea!" when you read 148.

150 : You're now searching Ebay to see if the original Exile pod prop still exists.

151. You actually wouldn't mind a pair of those blue silk Pyjamas, but they'd have to have the little logo....Anyone here ever googled/searched for "blue silk Pyjamas" on Ebay etc?

Wow after reading all this, I am almost ready to toss my old eagle back into the parts bag and put it back in storage. as I have noticed some of those signs since I dug it out and took it apart and started rebuilding it. now I need to consider if I have gotten into something I should not have?

152.

Being 'poor' and unable to afford those rather nice blue prints you find a nice Sketchup render and export it as a .dxf file to make your own plans. (It took me hours!)

PS. It's all the fault of the Darren Robertson's rather spiffy 50" build thread!!

When i'm sitting at the front,( top deck/upper floor ), of the LRT bus imagining i'm flying the Eagle. The, (eyeline), safety bar that runs along the front window would be where the bottom of the command module windows be placed.

Nice one, Drexsler! (That would be #153.)

154. When you're driving through the night thinking pleasant faraway thoughts and your mobile phone (with Alphan tone of course) sounds, and you absent-mindedly answer "Yes, Commander?"

155. You find yourself looking out at your yard, trying to decide which and how many trees need to come down to make room to land an Eagle in it.

155a. I don't really need that shed or garage anymore, do I?

156. When you pick up your in-laws at the airport, and they are in the back seat, already arguing and you look for the lever to detach the passenger pod, so you can take off without them Tony Cellini style.
