Default 1/110 Eagle size

Dear Dragonn,

I have both the 12 inch and the '1/110' Imai Eagles. The Imai Eagle is smaller, by about an inch to two in length.
(I am unable to measure the Imai for you tonight as they are in a display cabinet on the other side of town.)
If perchance you have at hand, the official length of the Eagle, then it is possibly a matter of just dividing that figure by 110.
((I say 'possibly' as you may have already read somewhere that the scales may not be that accurate. Most of the Imai Eagles that i built have a tiny wheel under each of the 4 landing feet, and 4 bigger ones under the passenger module. It gives me the impression of the finished model being pushed across the floor like a toy by a happy child in Japan (duh!). The body also comes in silver or bright red(!). So how serious could one expect the scales to be spot on? Lol!))
Rambled a little there as i presume that you have yet to see an Imai.
Hope i have helped.
Anyway i hope to post pictures of my Imai Eagle and modified Hawk fleet soon.

Thanks for the info. I just purchased one on ebay and was curious. Would rather have my collection all one size. Might be better, more accurate models out there but I like the 12''. .
