The case for the DVD that I got has these names across the top of the cover photo:

Satuki Shimabukur0 --- Takuya Kimura --- Toshrpo Yanagiba

I guess they are the Japanese stars of the movie. I'll see if I can tape a photo of it and upload it in about a week.

I have one thing that I don't loke on the board. every time I log on I see this "We have updated the Terms and Conditions, you will be prompted to read and agree to these next time you are active on the forum." and yet I've read them and have found no way to agree with the rules.

If the Yamato worked this way, it would never reach deep space.

Hey there Dennis, remember our good discussions when we used to go to Atari Computer Enthusiasts of Hawaii? I do.

Hey - I finally retired too, just about 6 months ago.

Please contact me, I'd like to get reacquainted.

That new one has been looked at but I'll not star building it, I have to get some more glue and then the paints for it.
the old one after it fwll off the stand has been painted. it does now look the same as the fins in the back have been removed and then I painted it a dark color.

the fiest of these models got in a bad way, I made some mistakes and I ended up painting it one color and now it sits like an old battleship in mothballs.

But I've got a new one and maybe in 2 months it might get done if I don't make any mistakes.

Don't know why I haven't found this thread before this.

Cool show, have some of the finished / pre-made merchandise buried in the spare room.
