Default 1/32 SPV @ Monsters In Motion

A fair price for a decent scaled resin kit but it looks off to me- some details are missing and some shapes are wrong.

Still, as a starting point for some creative correction it is tempting...

Looks awful, the nose is all wrong and the proportions are out...

Yeah, I finally had time to compare the nose with the reference photos...

Biggest things which jump out to me is the forward cutout of the wheel skirt is the wrong shape and the shark-fin antenna is now a vestigial bump.

It's a shame- a good sized resin kit for a decent price, if only the pattern maker had done some more research first...

There isn't a straight line on it. It looks like it was made from a plan that was drawn freehand, with his weak hand, in the dark!

'Finishers', who produced this kit, has a line of UFO based kits out there- I wonder if their entire product line is bad or if the SPV was a fluke?
I know the craft but not an expert on the shapes and details

EDIT-
Never mind- I just saw the UFO which was posted earlier and the proportions are totally whacked-
