Default Anderson related item

I like picking up bits and Bob's that I recognise from the Anderson shows, 2 things do you know what this is from ( a quick quiz which im sure will be easily answered for you eagle eyed fans) and 2 do you think I should restore it or leave it as is?

It looks like the Bishops intercom on his desk from the Secret Service

Also used in Trial at sea:Joe 90
Didn't know there was 2, yours is in better nick than mine.
