Default Starting first build of MPC 22" Eagle - weathering question

After almost 10 months of delaying, I finally purchased Round2's 22" kit, and I am about to start work on it.

I do have a question about weathering, though. In the original show, the Eagles transported goods back and forth from Earth to the Moon. Did the Eagles actually land on Earth as well, or were they running from some kind of space platforms in orbit around Earth?

After watching the show, I *think* Eagles actually were meant to land on Earth space ports as well. Not sure, though.

I ask, because if they did routinely land on Earth, the weathering would be completely different compared to a moon-landing only vehicle.

Does anyone know?

I answered my own question. In various episodes the Eagles landed on exoplanets with similar atmosphere and gravity as Earth.

And if anything, the Eagles from the show look way too clean in my opinion when compared to planes and space shuttles in real life ;-)
