What is the respective lenth of the Corgi Rhino and Cheetah ? What is their supposed scale and do they really look to be at the same scale ? Thanks, Gaétan |

Good question. I haven't even seen these in AU. I got the SPV, SPC and Interceptor through ebay from the UK and sadly none of them are remotely the same scale, so these may not be either. The SPV is HO/OO and the SPC gets close to 1:48, so it actually fits ok with the PE SPV (much better than the PE SPV too

Tony42 is right. The Corgi Rhino and Cheetah are far from the same scale. At the moment I'm at work, so I can't give you the length of the models yet.

The New Captain Scarlet Corgi vehicle sizes are as follows:
Cheetah is approx 4 1/2 inches, 10cm. Rhino is approx 6 inches, 15cm. Falcon is approx 5 1/2 inches, 12.5cm. The Cheetah and the SPC are around 1/48th to 1/50th scale as Tony42 mentioned. The Angel and the Falcon look to be around 1/96th ish, the SPC looks by the size of the door to be around 1/76th to 1/72nd, and the Rhino again looking at the door size looks to be around 1/144th or there abouts.

thanks guys
By the looks of it, seems like the usual Anderson's diecast release, nothing fits with nothing. I remember in the sixties, when I was playing with the Rosenthal friction motor Thunderbirds , the only bugging thing to me was the lack of compatible scale. BUTTT....., it never stopped me to play as my Rosenthal Thunderbirds were some of the favorite toys of my chidhood.... Gaétan |

The different scales are a disappointment but the vehicles themselves are excellent shape-wise. Good designs and good toys.

I agree completely with you, Mark42. I especially like the Rhino. And the Corgi Toys are really well done. I have them all and I also needed to have the Mini or Micro Vehicles made by Bandai. They are not all very accurate but the little Drushnik Tank is marvellous.
