I must *cough* apologise to Comet....I went back and double checked my order history and my credit card details needed updating (!!) So that was the reason the order hadn't yet been processed. I got a nice mail from Nigel by return telling me to expect the order in the next few days. I'll let you know exactly when it arrives but really the "count-down" should only start from yesterday. It was odd as I was certain I had updated the credit card details before but for some reason they hadn't "saved".

Well I have to say its a bit strange seeing yourself being discussed, but thanks for the comments about my models.(flattery-I love it! deserved or not)
Comet Miniatures normally keep two of each of my models in stock, they do trade them to other specialist shops but who and where they are is anyone's guess.
I do not usually sell direct as I have a very good working relationship with Comet and I would prefer to keep it that way. That said If you should need any parts replacing for any of my kits please get in touch directly with me.

PS a spell check would not have picked up "tears".

I have been quite ill for the last few months but am now catching up with the back log of orders. At the moment I am fabricating the masters for the walk ways and they should be ready in a few weeks.

The UNCL range can be found on the http://www.comet-miniatures.co.uk/ do a search for UNCL. At the moment the SID is not available until new moulds have been made. The spectrum hovercraft is now out of production and is unlikly to be re-moulded but they may have one left. Due to the untimley death of my Alps printer I am no longer able to make spectrum roundels and when my current stock is used the Angel interceptor will also be deleted. If you need any more details please email me directly.

Hi Bill, sorry to hear that you have been unwell recently. Hope you're over the worst of it. I should already be on your list for the spine/bottles/cages/bells so I'll wait to hear from you.

hi all, i have bought and built all of the uncl anderson kit and i can testify that they are some of the best produced/value for money resin kits you will see anywhere. in my collection i have thunderbirds 1&3 ,the master elevator car ,recovery vehicle, angel interceptor, spectrum hovercraft , joe 90 explosives truck (one of my favorites) s.i.d., and the mev. all of them are superb. in the future i would love an s.p.v. and a firefly. so keep on producing them uncle bill and i for one will keep buying/building them

Will there ever be a UNCL TB2? You'd have a hit on your hands if you made one of them!

I have to say that even though it is my favorite Anderson craft I have no plans to build TB2 in kit form. There are so many TB2s around, some of which are quite accurate, particularly the recent large Takara 144th.
I will be sticking with the pod vehicles and other guest machines for the foreseeable future.

Ah, that's a shame - I've thought about getting the Aoshima one but with the intention of respraying it and filling all the screw holes, etc - a kit would certainly be preferable.

Are you still able to do spares? I probably need 2 new engines for my TB3 as I've buggered up the sanding a bit...

Well, we definitely need a decent SPV. Despite it being one of the iconic vehicles from the Anderson series, to my knowledge not a single definitive mode/kit has ever been released.

It's actually quite disappointing the lack of Spectrum vehicles available as kits as it was quite a big hit for Gerry Anderson and there are some great designs. Surprising the Japanese companies didn't produce too much.
