The DVD is worth it for the Wonderful Adrienne Corri, I recall there is great publicity shot of her for the movie, in thigh length boots and mini skirt. One gets to see a whole lot more of her in Clockwork Orange though...

Is she in the ITC babes thread? Never checked, she should be - was she not the nuerotic Liz Newton in UFO?

This DVD is hard to find- FYE does not have it in their data base at all and Barnes & Noble show it in a listing but have no supplier. Amazon says 1-3 MONTHS to ship, I have it on back order from Best Bu- they said it should ship in 1-3 weeks- A little more reasonable.

I have not seen this movie since it was on TV in the seventies I think and I really want to see it again.

I bought it from a US seller on ebay [BIN] arrived in about a week.

Could be it's sold-out, or deleted already?

Oh my goodness. I'd never even heard of this film and looked for it only after reading this thread. I could only stomach it for a few minutes at a time ("I'd like to see the broad that could wear this!") but did watch all of it because the characters and story are mildly interesting and the effort seemed genuine (if horribly dated). Simply amazing to see what difference a few years made wrt Space:1999. Q: Is Moonopoly a real game?

Don’t forget to read David Sisson’s “Moon Zero Two Space Helmet Restoration & Film Review Photo Feature”.
Real fun to read with lots of extra info on the movie!

I bagged a copy this very afternoon on eBay from the USA. When I looked there were 3 sellers listing them, each had multiple copies, but not many.

Yeah, a bit cheesy, but on the plus side, Cathrine Schell! And I love the whole concept of the lunar monorail...how'd Gerry miss that one???

Well after having it on order with Amazon.com for a few months, I finally got this from them today:

Hello from Amazon.com.

We are sorry to report that we will not be able to obtain the following item(s) from your order:

Moon Zero Two (Actor), When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth (Actor) "Moon
Zero Two/When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth"
AmazonAmazon
Though we had expected to be able to send this item to you, we've since found that it is not available from any of our sources at this time. We realize this is disappointing news to hear, and we apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you.

We have cancelled this item from your order.

Does anyone know where I could get a copy ? I was so happy this had been released...but have been let down and am disappointed.

Cheers

Chris -

Glad you sourced a copy, but that does support the view it may have been withdrawn.
