Cheers.

I changed the method of mounting on the stand - I'm now using silicone ends as the rubber was sticking to the paint and risked ripping it off when I removed the shuttle!

And as the pics have Eagle transporter on them, where are the side pods?

Nice job with the stand though. You really can't see what is holding it in the air!

Eagle how did the move go BTW. I can just make out the corner of the Alien display to the right of the picture. Do all the models etc fit in ok?

Thanks for asking. The move went ok I guess but it took us two weeks to get everything sorted. I think it's just age because I'm getting too long in the tooth for it.

The Aliens display is back up but I'm in the process of respraying the Pulse Rifle to a proper (real-world) olive drab.

What you actually see in the photo above is my laptop case... Goodness knows how I'll ever get it through an airport!

Funny you should ask..Well.. I have it just in case there are aliens ready to hatch on this plane... I mean if we can have snakes then you never know.... and we wouldn't want any of those face hugger things attaching themselves to the pilots and all...

That's wonderful. So to clarify, you're actually repainting your metal Pulse rifle? Pictures please.

Any old excuse!

The 'Stonedog' deac PR in its 'real-world' colour, Olive Drab.

The green is a fair bit darker than seen here. Pics are lighter so that you can see the black against the background.

Original studio-used 'Bess Brown' here:

Not my bag at all. Screen-accurate, sure - but I prefer 'real world'.
