"Tomb" was my favourite Cybermen story though perhaps that's mainly because it was the only one with Deborah Watling (Victoria) in it.

I love Revenge because it's so cheesey and it's got Harry Sullivan in it. From Revenge I got the vision of Cybermen doing "YMCA" lead by their funky Cyberleader...

Ah yes, lots to be said for that story because of that.

I have seen the tv listings for the Christmas period and I have got to give it to the BBC and ITV as each year they make a huge effort to be banal and detached and each year they succeed!

Cybermen wearing moon boots and cricketer's batting gloves being beaten by a girl with a catapult? Not the show's finest hour...

If wer'e going to brag about WHO wev'e met, I met David Tennet earlier this year in a bar in Cardiff, I met Colin Baker at a small Dr Who event a couple of months ago, I met Tom Baker at a book signing session a few years ago and in 1974 I met Jon Pertwee at a friends house in Newcastle when he was appearing at the Theatre Royal in a stage play.

In the same vein I met Colin Baker after a performance of Kind Hearts And Coronets, Sylvester McCoy at a memorabilia show, Pat Troughton, Anthony Ainley, Bonnie Langford (*swoon*), Janet Fielding and Richard Franklin at a bash in Birmingham.

Tomb of the Cybermen is a classic Who serial from the Classic Series. I don't recall "Weird Al" providing the sound effects...
