Default "Eagle Transporter: Signature Edition- Space 1999"

Hi guys,

I was looking on the Internet and found these photo's of the "Eagle Transporter: Signature Edition- Space 1999" here: http://www.yamatovideo.com/customer/...cat=33&page=1#
What cached my eye is that this model seems to be far from accurate, I mean the plating is stopping right at the edge and the lines are not at all fluid as I thought they would be
and the satellite dish has a rounded core and to many segments, or is there a version in the series looking like this?

Is it just my eyes playing tricks on me or...
Any thoughts on this?

That's the much-discussed Product Enterprise 23" long ship, based on the Replicas Unlimited 23" kit. It has quite a few inaccuracies.

Well, that's all marketing. Carleton owns the rights, and he's presumably been paid to sign the certificates.

If it's a commercial venture, I imagine it might draw attention. Hobbyist efforts seem to fly under the radar.

I think at this point I'm a bit in between, just a serious hobbyist following a dream
