Default Help with identifying this decal?

Hey there.
Was hoping the Hive Mind might be able to help me solve the final part of the jigsaw puzzle that is the Blakes 7 Ore Carrier?
Its this "45" decal you can just see here - i don't suppose anyone knows what kit it might be from please?

I'm wondering if its Letraset rub down as opposed to a waterslide decal from a kit. Look at the Harrier decal beside it - the carrier film has yellowed badly but there is no sign of carrier film around the "45"

Hmmm.... Wondering now if this IS a Letraset-style dry transfer after all - i've been through tons of fonts and i've not been able to find any style that has the open top to the "4" like this, or the "5" with the horizontal top and bottom lines.
Anyone font-knowledgable on here that might be able to help out please?
