Man, that regolith weathering has to make this baby one of the filthiest vehicles ever featured in an Anderson show!

It's clean for it's appearance in Thunderbird 6. Probably been on coal mining duties before being sent to the Moon.

All due credit to DM's FX boys. Considering we hadn't been to the Moon when they shot that episode, they did a good job of guessing the appearance of lunar dust, ... sorry, regolith..

I really like the weathering on it, one of the first things that caught my eye about it

looks a bit like its been left in a dusty loft for a while

Hi again, don't think it's a Phantom engine. I've got the Revell 1/32 kit and they're nothing like.

Also, Sam Loover's car from Joe 90 makes it's debut in that scene.

yeah I like that car, not really a BMW fan but it does have a bit of a BMW look to it, cant really get a good screengrab of it as its going so fast

a futuristic friction toy pickup truck like the ones seen in the move and your dead episode zooms past too

spotted it when looking for the toy fire engines, top right in this 1960s sears catalogue, been on the lookout for one and also the futuristic bus but havent seen one on ebay yet

All of the parts by the green arrow look like "keys" from a keyboard...but as there were no computer keyboards in those days I'm guessing they may be automotive switches? One certainly looks like it may a rocker switch ?
