Lovely craftmanship on these props, Astronom. I purchased the commercially available Comm-lock and Stun Gun a while back (from Comet Miniatures, I believe?), which is now proudly displayed in my living room!

Keep up the good work; I honestly had no idea there was fans 'out there' whom shared my fascination for this sort of hobby...

I'm enjoying the fact that the folks here love their Space:1999 to the point where creating costumes has become almost an art. They were originally designed by Rudi Gernreich, giving them a certain professional appeal. Never did quite understand what the purpose of the zipper down the arm was all about though...

Hello friends, last time I said few weeks, but it took me few month.I finished two sets of working stun guns ( one is for sale on ebay com as "Zielonczyn") .Below are some pictures.
Few days ago I bought very strong 1200 mV blue laser module it work fantastic (piercing balloons is very easy), it is suplied only by one rechargeable battery 3,7 V, so the next one will be really working stun gun.
Many times I said last time, but this time probable it will be really my last project
,also I think of really working commlock with possibility of communication and see each other.

Great idea. Our inter-galactic style guru, Rudi, was certainly a genius, wasn't he.

It took me again few months. The stun gun ( 1200 mW )work perfect, from 2 metres pierce balloons easy.It is not for permanent use because has no cooling. For me it is no problem, in "Space 1999" they also used it only for few seconds.
Now I work also on 1700 mW and 2000 mW versions.
