Default Mini Orac given to cast and crew?

Evening all, never seen one before until today, but heard about them. What you ask? the mini baby Orac's that were given to cast and crew.
Wondering if anybody has any more information about them, as in who got one, how many survived etc....

Here are some photos of one I know. (for scale it is sat next to my baby orac replica..)

Like you, I'd heard of the little Oracs, but I've never seen one before, so thanks for that!

So, 9V battery, a couple of LEDs, a switch ... oh, and a plaque with the recipient's name on. Nice!

The box looks a bit tricky as the edges seem to be mitre joints and the lid looks to sit on a ledge cut into the sides.......

Are these replicas of the one that appeared in Gambit then? What about the actual one that was used in Gambit?

OK right, I Know Im repeating myself....

THERE IS ONLY ONE ORIGINAL BABY ORAC.
And that's with me, Not going anywhere....

I put up lots of photos and sizes on here.
I don't mind at all anyone making replicas, which they have

As regards the smaller crew ones given out at the end of the run of the show.
I knew about these, there was about 12 of them.

And H has the one and only original Baby Orac which is in the signed box, which he was kind enough to show next to my REPLICA at smallspace, it was the cast and crew ones that were handed out as gifts which are totally different, which I heard about but had never seen, the photo is of the genuine 'cast and crew' one next to my REPLICA..... the owner of which is a friend of mine who asked if anybody I knew had any more info about how many there were and if anybody new how many still exist or got one....

My friend Sheelagh Wells (Make Up Designer on season 3) told me these were given out as gifts at the rap party of season 3.
Sheelagh's good friend Mary Ridge (long standing B7 Director) was given one of these as well as the locator ball from "Terminal".
Mary was going to give them to Sheelagh, but sadly Mary passed away and her family cleared the house out and threw them away...

Thanks for sharing guys. Great to see. Just thought some people would enjoy seeing my own scratch build of the 'Molecular Reduction Orac' model. Enjoy. I even obtained the correct Flasher bulbs and it works. If anyone is interested, there obtainable from the BBC's ultimate repository for early Props and model builds in Electronics: RS Components, which is still an excellent place to obtain electrical parts for all your ORAC needs.
