Mine aren't really questions - they're more like requests.

Don't alter the eagles - apart from tiny, tiny modifications such as a spine strengthener for when the eagles aren't carrying a pod.

Keep the international cast

Make the science believable

Keep the original theme music but might be a good idea to make it all orchestral

Give us a serious sci fi show more along the lines of 2001 and not some dumbed down crap like a lot of new Dr Who

Give us plenty of 70s looking kitbashed spaceships like in the original show

The use of models would be a big bonus

........and if I think of any more I'll post them.

Keep the appearance of the Eagles, the whole look of Moonbase Alpha and
the design styles of the technologies of it etc very, very close to the classic
series.

You can't beat the quality of the classics!

Some Humour could be injected into the series but this would need to be used in small doses unlike Year 2!

Thing is - I can't really think of any questions. I can only think of what I'd like to see in the show.

What type of questions do you think we should ask?

I would like to know what companies are being considered for special effects / modelling. And if a specific company has already been chosen, if already a done deal.

Another question is where exactly will the series be produced?

Also has casting gotten underway yet?

All i ask is no shaky cameras and do not let the cretin responsible for redesigning the Galactica/Vipers/Raiders near the Eagles. Try to keep the right feel. Dont let anyone who approves of Fred Freiberger near the set and for gods sake someone tell Syfy not to remake Blakes 7 (sorry. that just sloipped out

Is this project still going ahead as I have heard precious little news of late?

Please don't spoil it by making it too comedic and overly merchandised.

...Doesn't look like it. Had a similar problem with the guys who did JFK Reloaded. Went through one Q&A session that got some questions answered, but others hit a bit hard below the belt for someone on the programming team, and the company shortly after quit responding to *ANY* queries about the sim. Granted, these "professionals" have no requirement whatsoever to respond to any fan queries, but as JMS found out - and of late forgotten, but that's another story altogether - using a networked fanbase can make projects that are more intelligent than fake wrestling or some retarded show about retards running a pawn shop scam actually happen. It really would be in Hall's best interests to strengthen his ties with 1999's existing fanbase, especially since if he's going to do the remake right he'll need said fanbase's support.
