1/48 Replicas Unlimited Mk.9 Hawk
Finished pics here with comparison to the smaller kit I patterned long ago. The RU kit is very nice but missing a load of surface details.

OK thought I was done but the nose just bothered me. It's definitely too rounded with not enough flair out.

It's a lovely build, the colour scheme reminds me of the F16 flight helmets I've seen on aircraft carriers.
 I really like the idea of flights of these things, Dark Hawks, Strike Hawks etc etc. certainly looks better than the plain ole' white ones. Nice job Alfred  |
