It's all the pictorial references that distracted me Bill! And anyway I thought us modellers couldn't read......lol. Things is though Bill, the S.I.D. kit goes together really well and it is fairly obvious which bit goes where, apart from that little cone part you advised me on. Carry on with the written instructions though. I promise tonight's homework wll be to read them thoroughly!!!!!

I did my homework Bill!!!!!! The attached photo shows the main body sides with one coact of primer and the hairline gaps and one or two pinholes filled with white acrylic paint and/or Tippex! I So making progress!

Making progress on my build. The main body has been put together. Following some cleaning up it is ready for a final coat of paint. The initial coats have shown some areas that needed tidying and after taking these pictures, they have revealed some more. Nothing major though. I've attached a few pictures.

Is there a list anywhere of the actual kitparts used on the filming miniature?
I do like S.I.D and it would make a wonderful display piece. Fireflash I look forward to more on this subject.
