Default Found website!

Does anyone here know anything about this website?

http://web.mac.com/szarchie/Titan_Fi...2/Archive.html

By the looks of it, it has been abandoned or just stopped. It is of interest as I wanted to buid a studio scale model myself this year out of cardboard tubing and thanks to this site, I now have the diameters of all the tubes used in the construction by comparing the drawings with the order sheet!

Just as a point of interest, the EMA shop for the plastic is still open and still has the parts listed in stock - so making one should be simple as you could just re-submit the order form back to the shop!!

That was our very own Exterminator!

He did indeed finish the Liberator, and recorded the journey on the Horizon Blake's 7 website/Forum.

Bloomin fantastic it is too!

Hi Paul,

Thank you for your kind words, so glad you like the Liberator!! My build is based on the Comet kit, scaled up by a factor of 5 and tweaked a bit. The paintjob is based on the Martin Bower refurbishment from 1995.

I'm intending to do a "refit" very shortly - there should be 12 "solar panels" around the middle of the main hull, not 10, I am also going to liberally apply a ballpoint pen to it to highlight all the panel lines (just like the original).

If there's any extra info you need or if you have any questions, please feel free to ask, I will be happy to help.

Meanwhile there are lots of photos of the Liberator's construction (and all sorts of other doo-dah) on my Photobucket account.
