Default I now have a Sorella Lamp!

Courtesy of my brother. Here she is (on top of my '73 B&O receiver that would look fine on Moonbase Alpha, too).

Apparently they are back in production. Has a continental European (Italian, naturally) two-prong plug, but I had the right adapter, so no problem.

I am stoked.

I did a quick websearch for it, and the only webshop I could found that is offering it is asking 144,- Euro... wow, that is expensive!

I don't mean to brag but I fot one for christmas from my girlfirend who went bazooka to get me one on time for christmas! Will need a new cord though to make it american 110 volts compatible.

Congrats! I love mine. And you just need one of those adapter plugs that goes Euro in to American out; no transformer necessary. That is what I have on mine and it works like a charm. Welcome to the Sorella Lamp club.

An adaptor? And where do you get that? Can you tell me the brand you got? It would be much more simple than changing the cord...
