...one I'll have to remember, the next time I'm running late getting somewhere!

(Of course, if they don't know what a travel tube is, explanation'll take just a bit longer...)

Alex, thanks I was lucky enough to get a Deluxe Swift from you a few years back. Now if I only had the courage to attempt the build! I may turn to Jim Small if he still offers the service! The brass rods for the legs scare the crap out off me! LOL

You know that's right, lights in the travel tube building too! I posted on ASA just now so we can get everyone involved.

I'd like to be added to this run, but I'm only after certain parts :-)
I'll PM Alex directly.

Default lighting test

*** I Left the text here for the reply to Toddyboy***

Ok guys, with the major parts done, it was onto adding some dynamic to the scene.

First up, three of the light standards as seen in the hanger bay. Made very close to the studio versions, incorporating 3x 1.5mm LED's per light standard.

Default Whoops

First let me apologize, did not mean to hijack a thread. I was posting late last night and somehow added this here instead of at my build thread in the Launch Pad.

My apologies all!

Toddyboy to answer you, they are scratchbuilt, along with the complete hanger and the modified MPC Eagle you see in the pictures. Take a look at my build thread for more info: http://www.eagletransporter.com/foru...d.php?t=159409

Alex's work is amazing. I have one of his Deluxe Swifts. I have not had the courage to tackle the build, but I do have one! It would look awesome on a launch pad! LOL
