Default Interior Module

I am now working on a mesh of the interior of the passenger Module for the Eagle. The first will be the Type F freighter Cargo. That seems the the basic one then add in passenger seats.

This will be for Orbiter and functional using UCGO.

So now the questions:

what color was the center area of the ramps. I have seen it as a dark blue to gray.

And the floor area maybe a gray or it might be the same tan colors as the walls

The walls appear to be a tan color and roof either dk brown or black around the lights.

Will go with the no bulkheads on the side where the seat would go.
So the other side will have the monitor and storage area.

gattispilot, excellent new thread. I think you are correct about the floor and ramp are a gray.

Yes, go with those colors. I think you got it right. It is funny looking that different video quality will make colors look different.

It looks brown. The lighting can be deceptive...I don't think it is black.

It looks like the walls might be a light gray rather than a tan.

Yes, that continuity and production design does make sense.

Sounds right based on the screen grabs.

Yes, I see. Maybe it was intentional for the colors of this ETF site to replicate Eagle interiors colors.

gattispilot, in your post#1 photos from Year 1, the doors in the Passenger Section Pod both forward to the Access Corridor/Galley and Aft to the Engineering Section are all white doors. This might explain why they painted the miniature Eagles exteriors of these doors white. Maybe in the beginning of Space:1999 they planned no colored doors. Just a thought. Wait until you get to the Pilot Section where the seats are too low to see out the windows...drive by video screens/instruments.

Thanks. I have already experienced that. I have a Virtual cockpit that someone else made.

I am going with that off white color for the walls. The same color as the background of this site.

The corridor will be basically a blank wall with a door/drawer or too.

gattispilot nice virtual Eagle cockpit.

The colors you have set for the Passenger Pod interior sound perfect.

Thanks someone else built it. Here is where I was working a cockpit. I just went with the virtual. I think I had troubles even with a split door going to the cockpit.

I should have a photo of the interior soon.
One one wall it will have the monitor and storage section.

gattispilot, thanks for showing me the Eagle Cockpit thread that you posted images in. I have subscribed to it now.

I look forward to the new images that you are working on of the Passenger Section.

Roberto Baldassari Blueprints discusses the interior of the Eagle, especially interesting Access Corridor and Aft Section. On left hand column choose 'making of...' and read info.
