Default Rogue Studio 44 Eagle kit

Hello, this has been a long time in the works. I purchased Robert Burns' masters. Robert was gracious enough to pass the torch to me and this is what I was able to get accomplished. I won't fill you up with a bunch filler text. The model in full is available less the spine and you can obtain parts Ala Carte through my Facebook store once it is complete. If you are not comfortable using facebook it's ok just contact me directly at rogusestudioproductions@gmail.com and all pricing will be listed there.

The model will include epoxy resin cages and tubing for the engines and detail plastruct parts and shelves as well. The reason I chose no spine is one it would cost about $250 each to produce and I'm making brass spines for $300. So the cost doesn't pan out versus what you get in return. I didn't feel comfortable with a resin spine and it wasn't worth the loss of quality vs. expense for the customer.

To sum it up a full kit will come with everything except..small bolts and screws needed to attach spine and other various locations on the model. The Stainless leg supports for LP's and PP. The L shape for the LP mounts inside the cages and the vertical armature tubes in each cage...pretty much that is it. It's designed to be an advance model builders kits with some of the ease of assembly you have in most off the shelf box models. You know where to find those decals and Blueprints.

I did have the PP modified to match the original model and the frames are installed as well. If you don't like anything about the kit just get out you modeling skills and enjoy. It's a fun kit.

Please direct any questions you have to my email above and turn around on orders right now is about 3 weeks total from time you order. The price list should be up and running tonight I will post a link once we have it done and you can use a click to purchase with your paypal account.

Eagle pictured is still a work in progress. It has complete brass and aluminum. Start to finish it took me 2 months from RB's masters to what you see.

Hi Lee! Building one of your awesome kits right now! Truly one of the best kits I've ever built. Keep the great stuff coming. With this Eagle kit I think you raised the bar extremely high for Eagle kits.

I agree, it panel and weathering is a close match to the first 44" eagle, particularly the way it looks now. Here is the link to eagle one today in the catacombs for comparison.

CM- I'm awaiting on the sensor dishes to arrive. they will be aluminum powdered resin.

Cage set- These are super difficult to produce properly.

Walkways and Shelves - Parts are shown as is right out of molds.

Engine tank group and supports- The rear cage comes as well it will be pictured at the bottom of post.

Landing Pod group- Not picture are the feet that attach to the foor pads those will be included they are made from acrylic. Also the little pivot piece that attaches to the tube on the bottom is also included.

Passenger Pod- Not pictured are the detail pieces that go on the bottom. They are included. You will need to add your own Evergreen detail pieces for the side panels. We felt it would make a better casting and cleaner look for the builder.

The cage frames for the cockpit and engine group.

I received your email, Lee, thanks!

Wow, well under 2K is a GREAT price for a basically complete Eagle. Sensational! Is there a time limit on availability? I'd have to wait until mid next year (never get in the way of a woman planning a wedding..) and would hate to see these go out of production too early.

Thanks, Mike

Look forward to hearing from you. Right now I have 4 full cage sets I am working on so the turn around is around 4 weeks on those. The kit itself is a real fast turn around so little to no delay on those.

I will contact you tomorrow or wednesday for sure to go further into this deal. But I want one for sure. I had already given Robert a good deposit last fall.

It's great that this project is back, I was afraid it may not.

Most of mine arrive the other day. These are the nicest castings I have ever seen. I took pics but Lee's are just as good. Just waiting on the cages, spine and some misc. parts. I saw this in person at Wonderfest and it is amazing.
