Default Incredible trailer for 'Gravity'

This is a truly inspiring piece of film-making. I don't quite believe the 'One take' boast (there's a lot of CG in there) but it's damned impressive all the same.

The trailer is impressive - saw it on big screen with Man of Steel - the last shot is a doozy
bit like the end of Inception

There's a new follow-up one out now too. Terrifying yet gripping stuff. Watch for the camera passing through the helmet visor. Clever.

Hi Guys!
Glad you like it! I was pleased to be part of the team on that production.
All the Best, Bill.

There are at least 4 trailers, each one is breathtaking.

Hi Bill,

Now you have to spill the beans

What did you do?

It looks a quality movie with an "A" list cast, the "Detached" trailer is a masterclass in direction, I had vertigo watching this, soooo much eye candy...

It was already a 'must see'. Now we know Bill's involved too - it looks like being a real treat.

There is another "accurate" sci-fi movie coming out soon called "Europa Report" - less overt CGI, but still very impressive and authentic. I'm not sure exactly what the plot is (probably some sort of life-form found on Europa), but it appears to fit into the "found footage" genre, with most of the scenes filmed through the ship's internal and external cameras, and some of the suit cameras also.

Both look very good, though I hope Europa Report isn't just another horror film in space. Not quite sure how accurate a space film with Sandra Bullock and George Clooney is going to be.

Europa report Looks a little like a vamped up 2010.
Sandra Bullock and George Clooneyin Gravitys putting me off a little...unless she truely flys off into space ;-) but we all know a space cab or something will pick her up.

Looks good, but I have to agree - Bullock & Clooney? They're hardly gonna add any gravity for me.

Europa Report gets a good 'report' from Rotten Tomatoes: http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/europa_report/

What impresses me about Gravity is the realistic portrayal, particularly with audio, of what we've seen in these trailers.

Still, we'll see eh?

It hasn't done anything to quash my life-long desire to build a replica EMU though.

Yeah I have to agree with Skiffy's comments. The trailers look great so far despite many dismissing this movie because George Clooney is in it ! Ok I also remember "Batman and Robin - diabolical !) Let's hope the trailers are true to the movie and not just "the best bits FROM the movie" as many are.

Clooney is a great actor. See 'Up In The Air', or 'Solaris', or 'The American', or 'The Men That Stare At Goats', or 'Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind'.
Sandra Bullock is wasted on all those Romcoms. She is able to do great stuff like '28 Days' and 'Murder By Numbers'. She just doesn't seem to get the opportunity to do straight stuff. Fingers crossed for gravity being great.

Europa Report is a must see, just for Sharlto Copely.

Just seen it and I have to agree. I thought it was very intelligently handled, and Mr Copley did an excellent job.

Looks like Gravity is set to be a hit.

Rotten Tomatoes likes it: http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/gravity_2013/

Bill Pearson commented on these very boards that it was 'truly awesome', and Cmdr Chris Hadfield (Former commander of the ISS) has been pimping it on Twitter.

Can't wait to see it!
