..font used for the uniform patches and of course the Eagle CM and pod badges?
I've used cut and paste in PS to make up a few of the letters I need, but having the font would save a lot of hassle.
I've looked in the usual places to no avail.

Thanks!

Howard.

Although this isn't a downloadable thing, it could serve as a reference guide to what you're looking for: http://www.space1999.net/~eagle/graphics/typefaces.htm

Many thanks for the replies guys!
The font I'm after is not listed on the sites you've mentioned - so I guess I'll have to go with the Photoshopped version - which should do for the moment.

Thanks again!

Howard.

Hey, Northerner, any idea what typeface the "Spacedock Stencil" is actually named? I'm curious. (I assume it refers to the numerals 1 through 8 emblazoned on the spacedock arms.)

Can anyone tell me what font was used in the Moonbase Alpha crest/logo?

very close fonts are:
  • Cashback
  • Transition
  • CA BND Alternate
... but none of them seem to be the perfect match.

Pump is very close but I would bet that Blippo is the corect font.
Blippo is fron 1970 and Pump from 1975 after filming of the show.

Pump is in my 1971 Letraset catalogue Bill. It's also what I used for the Alpha decals and seems to match them perfectly.

Thanks for this info, Uncle Bill and Chris!

Here's a site which has Pump Demi bold free, which is absolutely perfect for my project.

After comparing the fonts with the original ones, I went and bought "Pump Regular", wich for me is the perfect match.
