Default Too late for International Rescue

As a bus plunges into water from a bridge a crane arrives to rescue it OR NOT.
Calling international Rescue..............

Heh, must have been inspired by the Thunderbirds episode 'Day of Disaster' as its pretty damn close, how strange that fact so cosely mirrors fiction in this instance.

Not so much not being a bright idea, it was just pi$$ poor in their execution of the recovery.
