Default SPACE POLICE (1986): Anderson, Begg

Does anyone remember SPACE POLICE, the one episode pilot that was the basis for the later SPACE PRENCINCT? I remember seeing it at an Anderson convention in 1991 and being blown away. The "raise your hands... and the other ones!" joke to be hilarious. This was all pre-MEN IN BLACK. The visual effects looked incredible too projected, and there seemed to be way more contrast in the model photography than say SPACE PRECINCT. Lots of low key backlight effects like in ALIENS and BLADE RUNNER.

Is there anywhere I can grab a copy on DVD?

Thanks

It is available on DVD through Fanderson.

It comes with the one-off The Day After Tomorrow starring Nick Tate, Brian Blessed and Joanna Durham. It is region 0, so both PAL and NTSC can play. A bit pricey, but excellent quality. You do need to be a member first, though.

As Cricket mentioned Fanderson, that is the only way to obtain a copy of the DVD, (legally that is), unless you come across one for sale on eBay etc.
