Okay, it is September 9th, 1999. You are on Alpha, and you have been transported there from the future, by an obliging ROB. (Random Omnipotent Being) You know what is going to happen in four days. So, what do you do? Why?

Immediate Op Exodus and blow the moon up while you still have a chance and thus save the world from series II. Perhaps you could just blow up much of the sound track or something.

According to the Queen of Etheria, it is destiny for the moon and here planet to collide.

So, since I believe in Year 1, and not Year 2, their destiny is set. I'd get back to Earth and stay the hell away from major fault lines and coastal areas.... maybe even head to Santa Maria in California and buy a LOT of canned goods really quick.
