Default 1/32 Trumpeter SU-27 Flanker B

I just picked this up SU-27B along with this Black box resin set and I am going to paint it in this scheme but with these colors and also need these correction sets. Set 1 nosecone, set 2 canopy and set 3 intakes, and finally, Aires exhaust set. Boy that is gonna take awhile

Shouldn't have eaten all those beans before flying an aircraft.

Sigh. I wish I could build a model that looked half as good as some of those. That 1/48th scale Phantom (my all time fave aircraft) was enough to bring tears to my eye's. Stunning looking.

Trumpeter have some damned good kits, I've got a lot of their armour and they're good value. I've also got (though dreading to build), their 1/350 scale Sovremmeny class Destroyer

http://www.modelwarships.com/reviews/reviews.html

I'd like to get the promised 1/48th scale TSR-2 that Airfix are meant to be doing but I fear the same will happen as what happened with the 1/72, certains types will buy it on bulk and flog it on Ebay for extortionate prices.

I'm very impressed with the X-Plane and Ekranoplan model galleries on that ARC site!

I've still got the Trumpeter SA-2 missile & launcher on the go - my first 'proper' kit for ages. I need to replace some of the small control surface parts with wire, because they crumbled into atoms when I tried to cut them from the sprue.

I'm torn between doing another 1/35 AH-1W Cobra, here is the original some years back, that is in pieces after an accident . it took 4 months to build and 45% of this heli was scratchbuilt.

Excuse the shots, that was done with my old cam. The new project will consist a better canopy that is in the works with the NTS setup from Floyd Werner Jr. on ARC forum. Here is his canopy for the AH-1G Revell 1/32. Check out the clarity, Ain't she a thing of beauty

or to start on the Flanker or the Trumpeter's 1/35 MI-24 Hind or the RU Eagle
