Default Card Model Eagle

Just for a lark I wanted to see if I could design a paper model of the Eagle. Here is the final result. I drew out all the parts and did the measuring and colouring, then scanned the finished templates and printed them out. Then did the scoring and cutting out and final construction of the model.[img][/img]

Heheh! That's great!!! How big is it? I'm guessing between 12-18"?...

Excellent first post - keep it up!

Thanks for your comments. :)
Good guess; the model is 15 inches long.

That looks very good!

How much time did it take to do all the design work...?

Wow-very fine work You did! Looks great. I never tried this kind of space craft work. Costs next to nothing and gives great results. What is the white long structure in the picture on the right? Does it belong to another space ship project?
I'm fully occupied with my 44" and 88" eagle projects. But I will keep in mind the paper crafts for later.

Thanks, all of you for your comments. The only really time consuming part of constructing this are the engine components. All of the engine units take a lot of scoring, cutting and gluing. (That's just me whining.)
