Default Commlock ID sticker

Does anyone have a really clean copy of this ID sticker? I have one of Koenig, and one of Doctor Russell, but I think that the one of Koenig was from a gum card or something, cause it's in color, and the one of Doctor Russell is B&W, but really grainy, don't know where I got it from either. I have two comlocks and need to put really nice ID stickers on the side, that is the only drawback. Got them from a fellow in Montana, US by the name of Clint Young (Clintyoung productions) and they are very nice and clean, but need these stickers to make them perfect, as far as perfect is concerned.

Please help, Bill

If you can make a picture into a sticker I'd be willing to have a go at creating a hi-rez image if you can post an example of how you want it to look.

FMM, what I was going to do, instead of printing the ID on sticky back paper, was just print it on some 80 or 90 bond paper, good high grade stock, and use 3M spray glue on the backside. I have found that the sticky back stuff does let go after awhile, and I have stuff that I glued over 10 years ago with 3M that is just as good as the day I put it on!

Well that sounds like a good way. Have you considered printing onto photo stock? And if you want me to give it a shot just say so (and an image of what you are looking for of course).

Thanks, Steve, but that is basically what the comlock came with, from Clint Young. It had no picture of anyone, and I wanted to get something a little closer to the original with the exact photos of john and helena, if at all possible. I know that the photos I now have of those two are not even close. But if someone has photos of some of the other crew, I guess that would be okay as well!

Are you after these pics? I'm sure you can find something close to the pics but likely these were just shot for the labels. I also remember this from the bubblegum cards when I made my CommLock from cardboard back then...

How about these b/w images? Not exact matches but the images often changed anyway.

Yes, very helpful.

I have created a flat 3D version (aka 2D) of this. It can be scaled to any size, take any photograph, and the text can be modified.

At present it renders the image for printing at 600 dpi. Resulting print is approximately 1.83 inches by 2.56 inches. At that size the sample photographs could stand to be higher resolution.

And speaking of samples (and modifiable text/photos):
Comlock ID plate 1
Comlock ID plate 2

Hey, THANKS, guys! Those are GREAT! That picture of Konieg looks exactly like the one on the original, and the ID with that same picture looks perfect!

Thanks again, William
