Hey Guys,

Today celebrates 2 years was beaten the record for most users ever online.

Let us take the next Sunday, September 13th, to celebrate 10 years of Breakaway day and hit new record?

I propose to 15:00 PM (GMT +1). I think that is a time average gives for all (from Australia to Canada). However, you can propose another hour.

We beat the record?

That sounds like a good idea. Count me in on it.

Sounds good. I figure that to be 10 AM Eastern Standard Time (NYC timezone). Anyone care to double check me?

Just one thing: GMT+1 would be 16h00 in Portugal, right?

Oi Helder.

Será às 15H00 de Portugal, devido ao horário de verão.

(To be 15H00 in Portugal. The GMT +1 is because we are in Summer Time. Otherwise (GMT) would be 14.00 in Portugal)

Um abraço

Hello

Yes, you're correct.
In Summer time, EST is (GMT+1)-5 = GMT-4
Therefore, 3 PM (in GMT+1) = 2 PM (GMT) = 10 AM (EST).

Ok, ÁguiaLusa proposes 15:00 PM (GMT +1) to meet online.

Auckland = Standard time zone: UTC/GMT +12 hours

UTC (or GMT/Zulu)-time is fixed as:
Sunday, 13 September 2009 at 15:00:00

Therefore, Auckland = Mon 3:00 a.m.

However, Great Britain/United Kingdom is one hour ahead of UTC during summer.

Does that mean Auckland = Mon 2:00am?

However, ÁguiaLusa proposes 15:00 PM +1.

Does that mean Auckland does indeed = Mon 3:00 a.m?

Don't ask me: as JD will no doubt remind you all, we only have sundials down here!

But if it is 03:00 a.m., I'm afraid I'll be well and truly

Hey Guys,

The 15:00 hours (GMT+1), or 14H00 (GMT), was only a proposal to anywhere in the world was basically a time "acceptable".

As for our friends in New Zealand (GMT +12) corresponds to Monday 2:00 AM , I propose an change. We anticipate 2 hours and take as a reference to 12:00 PM (GMT) (corresponds to column “0” in the World Time Zone Map), and each one of us can see which the column (hour) for your country, taking into attention whether, or not, it is summer time (Daylight Saving Time)

For example, to Portugal or to UK the column is "0" (12:00 PM), but as we are in daylight saving time, will be at 13:00

Do you agree?

PS: Send a PM to your friends so that they also participate
