Default MOEBIUS TO REISSUE MOONBUS!

Moebius models just announced a reissue of the Aurora moonbus, possibly with optional upgraded windsheild for March 2010!
Very happy camper here.

Now that is good news, I always wanted one of those kits but could never get my hands on one, at a reasonable price that is.

If I could add music to this thread I would pick Etta James’ classic “At Last…

That’s fantastic news…and Jim?…you know what this means, certo?

It would appear its up for pre order at CULTTVMAN, so I'm pretty sure its a "go".
And DX, I'm sure you were not going to part with a grail Aurora anyway (I know I wouldn't) so dont feel bad.

Watch the originals suddenly appear on Ebay for that last desperate blown out price!

I don't think this will effect the prices of the originals. The re-issued 1/25 Centurions haven't effected the prices of the older ones.

Funny, I was considering selling a kidney not long ago to catch up on some bills... Should be in good shape, too, as I don't regularly consume alchohol.

Same here. I feel your pain. First the Voyager and now the Moonbus.

Very glad to hear of the reissue, so finally my brother will be able to pay his depth: when we were kids, in a fight, he deliberately smashed my Aurora Moonbus to the floor...

Say when the Moonbus comes out we have a group build where one can build the kits stock or do cool things to them? In my case, I'm thinking about customizing one sort of as a rescue craft with a medical station in back, ala the Rescue Eagle. In a sense, on the Eagle family tree, if Thunderbird 2 was the mother, this craft certainly was the father (with the SHADO Moon Mobile being a distant cousin).
